Inversion, i.e. reversal of the respective senses attached to processes that are going on, finds expression in the formation of the reactive type of development, which becomes for a society an imperative, when its survival presumes that it must correspond to the level of the achievements of another society. Inasmuch this level is set for the society in question by an opposed one, the level is inevitably associated and even identified with the latter, turning out for the society realizing reactive movement, something alien and even hostile, i.e. something it should reject, but, nevertheless something it is to proceed from in its onward development. Reactive movement means exactly junction of the former and the latter, working as such an ideological force of the formation of the way of development of the society, which presents itself as true incarnation of its own nature and for this only reason as undoubtedly exceeding al other forces. In connection with all the above said, it should be noted that globalization understood in terms of competing strategies, presumes that some of them turn out to be more effective than others. With this in mind, the rapid development of global managerial technologies is an inherent globalization feature of great importance. The article demonstrates the role of reactive social transformations as a strategy to overcome the restrictive framework of those lagging behind rapidly enough. The processes in question are analyzed with regard to both their historical background and the present-day managerial potential of the global electronic environment. A possible Russian breakthrough is also shown in this context.
