This essay presents a review of the ten years’ activity of the World Public Forum (WPF). The Forum’s appellation: “Dialogue of Civilizations” – tells its own tale of the character of the activity. Its mission is to firmly establish the format of dialogue as a practical basis for coordination of purposes and interests of the most part of the subjects participating in the world development. Thus, since 2003 the Rhodes Forum is held annually.
