Abstract

Of late, a tendency is stated by many researchers toward decline of the role of the institution of state in international transactions, toward erosion of state sovereignty, toward increased significance of other types of loyalty and collective identity. The author concentrates his attention on analyzing such forms of spatial organization of power, that are alternative to territorial state and would have a chance to be realized in the neatest future and could be assumed as a basis for the elaboration of scenarios of global development.
