Abstract

It is problems of the development of the political system of the world in the second half of the 20th to the early 21st centuries, that are considered in this article. As is demonstrated in it, after the liberation of the colonies, the state-centrist (Westphalian) system became global. Two strategies of behavior at the time of the transformation of the political system of the world are discussed in the article: an attempt to return to the norms of the “Westphalian system” or reforming the political system of the world, with the above tendencies to be taken into consideration.
