Abstract

In the article, the human rights concept is analyzed as subject of political science and as interdisciplinary conception. While the first approach is being realized, the author considers the place taken by the concept within the normative political theory, its role for the analysis of the problems of migration and of tolerance, as well as in the context of international relations theory, of security problems; likewise human rights problems are considered in the context of mechanisms of power limitation. The second approach is the occasion to consider such themes as formation of juridical political science, problems of multiculturalism and, finally, human rights in medico-biological context.
