Abstract

Different aspects of the communication interaction practiced by actors of the public “space” are examined in the article. Their interests and goals are investigated, and the impact of cognitive capacities on the character and productivity of communication retraced. Efficiency of the information policy of the public authorities is analyzed , with the use of databases of the VTsIOM, of the FOM and of the Levada-Center.
