Abstract

The paper offers a model of the results of voting at the elections in stable political systems - a model based on the Pareto principle. This model may be used to solve problems of political analysis, to search for falsifications in election vote counting, to develop the strategy of election campaigns, and to establish protective barriers taking into account a preset number of parties actively involved in an election campaign. The advantage of this model consists in its simplicity and in the clear-cut notion of the stability criterion.
