Abstract

The article deals with international political situation in the Black Sea region and the possibility of forming local integration associations. The author gives a conceptual substantiation of the regional processes, analyses prospects of Russian-Turkish integration, estimates the role of EU and USA in the region and states a possibility of fundamental changes of the force balance in the region.
